Your membership packs are on their way!
We have now started despatching Membership packs which we aim to have with you by the end of September/early October. Please be patient with us during this time as this is a long process. Packs will be with you in plenty of time for the first fixture on 27 October 2017.
UpoN receipt of your membership packs please ensure that you open it immediately and check that you have all of your items ordered. Your parking label will be enclosed within the post bag IT WILL NOT BE INSIDE THE MEMBERSHIP BOX so please ensure you empty the full contents of the post bag.
Don’t forget you can still renew your membership online! You must login to the Cheltenham Racecourse website first, the renewal option will only be available once you have logged in using your personal login details. Additional items cannot be purchased online.
Please let us know if there have been any changes in your contact details to ensure the membership is despatched to the correct address. Please contact the team on 01242 537662 to provide the new details.
You must ensure that you bring your pass card and metal badge to every meeting you attend. Without these you will not be permitted entry into the course. Replacement cards and badges can be provided at a cost, photo ID will be required to process these requests. If you are unable to provide ID then you will not be permitted into the Racecourse as a member and you will be asked to purchase an admission ticket.

The badge will allow your guest access into The Insurance Bar and viewing seats. Guests are not permitted into The Annual Members Bar in The Princess Royal Stand.
Members will continue to receive parking as part of their membership excluding The Festival. Members’ parking for The Festival is available to purchase from the membership team for £30.00 for all four days.
We still have very limited space in The Hall of Fame Car Park on a seasonal basis only.
There are 2 options for seasonal parking:
Reserved Hall of Fame parking for the whole season (Rows A-C) £420.00
Reserved Hall of Fame parking for the whole season (Rows D-J) £320.00
(Please note that both of these options are subject to availability)
Not only are you located closer to the Hall of Fame entrance but being situated in the Yellow parking zone means you have easier access to and from the course.
If you previously had a reserved space in the Hall of Fame car park, the deadline to renew this was 31 July 2017. These are now on general sale so we cannot guarantee availability.
Parking on a reserved basis for Saturday of The November Meeting and The Festival is still available in the North car park.
Reserved parking for Saturday of The November Meeting – NORTH ONLY - £25.00
Reserved parking for The Festival – NORTH ONLY - £180.00

Members parking is located in the Red zone
Reserved parking in the Hall of Fame is located in the Yellow zone
Reserved parking in the North car park is located in the Blue zone
Please remember when approaching the Racecourse to follow the route corresponding to your coloured parking label.
Those who have Disabled Blue Badges are able to access the Disabled Members Car Park. Please speak to the team on 01242 537662 should you require access.
The Members’ Marquee will continue to be available for members on Saturday of The November Meeting.
The Festival Club Marquee will continue to be available for all four days of The Festival.
The marquee has tables and chairs, refreshments to purchase and tote betting facilities. It makes for a great base for the day and ideal for getting away from the crowds

Seats are available to reserve in the Insurance Bar at the following prices:
Saturday of The November Meeting £35.00
The Festival (all four days) £320.00
Please note that unless you have these seat badges you will not be permitted into the Insurance Bar.
Please ensure that if you wish to be seated with other members, you complete and return your forms together or at the very least please make it clear on your renewal form who you wish to sit with and their membership details and we will endeavour to cross reference these requests.
Seats are available to all members at the smaller meetings on a first come first served basis.
If you wish to access The Insurance Bar and Viewing seats (unreserved basis) on any of the following dates then an additional charge of £10.00 per day will be payable:
Friday 17th November 2017
Saturday 16th December 2017
Saturday 27th January 2018
Please note that unless you have an additional badge on these dates you will not be permitted into the Insurance Bar.
