Members Calendar Offer

We have an exclusive offer for our members. If our records show that you visited us here at Cheltenham more than seven times during the 2015/16 season then as a thank you for your continued support we would like to give you a gift. When you are with us for The International or News Year's Day, head to our official wall calendar shop, located next to the Information Point for your FREE 2017 Wall Calendar. For any member that didn't quite get to seven visits last season they can still take advantage of our exclusive £5 offer (RRP £9.99).

Bring your membership card to the Wall Calendar Shop located next to the Information Point, our staff will scan your card and let you know whether you qualify for a free Wall Calendar. 


You should have now received your membership renewal form; all memberships and additional items are now available to purchase. Please complete and return your form as quickly as possible to enable us to send your membership pack in plenty of time for the new season.

Membership packs will still be sent out at the same time in September.

If you renew your membership before the 1st September 2016 you will benefit from a discounted membership price. Members who pay by Direct Debit will automatically benefit from this discounted price.


Insurance Bar and reserved seating

*On The Open Saturday and at The Festival you are required to purchase reserved seating to access The Insurance Bar.

Seats for The Festival are now available for individual days. Please call the membership team on 01242 537 662 to book. 

If you usually book reserved seating in the Insurance Bar and wish to have the same seats again please state this clearly on your renewal.  Similarly, if you wish to sit next to specific members please ensure you return your forms together or at the very least cross reference them both clearly.

Due to members’ feedback regarding the Insurance Bar; on Friday 11th November, Saturday 10th December and Saturday 28th January, members will need to purchase an additional badge to access this facility. These can be purchased on the day or in advance from the membership team but we do recommend they are purchased in advance to avoid disappointment.

Annual Members Bar in The Princess Royal Stand

The Annual Members Bar in The Princess Royal Stand can be accessed by members only upon presentation of your metal badge throughout the season.


Guest Badges

*Guest badges are available to purchase on specific dates during the season. These dates have been confirmed and are stated on your renewal/application forms.

These can be purchased on the day or in advance from the membership team but we do recommend that they are purchased in advance to avoid disappointment.

Please be aware an admission ticket must be purchased alongside them to gain access into the course. The guest badge allows your guest access to The Insurance Bar and viewing seats.

Guests are not permitted to use the Annual Members Bar in The Princess Royal Stand at any time during the season.


Members’ Marquee

*The Members’ Marquee will continue to be available for members at The Open Saturday. *The Festival Club Marquee will continue to be available for all four days of The Festival.

The marquee has tables and chairs, refreshments to purchase and tote betting facilities. It makes for a great base for the day and ideal for getting away from the crowds.

Please note there have been some changes to the parking arrangements, which were in use last season.

Members will continue to receive parking as part of their membership excluding The Festival. *Members’ parking for The Festival is available to purchase from the membership team.

On approach all members parking in the Members Car Park should continue to follow the RED signage on the temporary road signs. Most members should head to the north side of the site to access the RED car park, as there is more space in this area.

*Parking in the Hall of Fame car park is now only available to purchase on a seasonal basis.

Those using the Hall of Fame car park should access the racecourse following the YELLOW route. Entering and exiting this car park has proven to be quick and efficient over the past season, and we can only see this system improving going forward.

*Reserved parking for The Open Saturday and The Festival is now only available in the North car park. Those using this car park should follow the BLUE route.

Those who have Disabled Blue Badges are able to access the Disabled Members Car Park. Please speak to the team on 01242 537 662 should you require access.
