Membership Renewals

You should receive your membership renewal form very shortly; all memberships and additional items are now available to purchase. Please complete and return your form as quickly as possible to enable us to prepare your membership pack in plenty of time for the new season.

Renewals will be available online for the first time this season. Further information to follow shortly.

 

Membership packs will still be sent out at the same time in September 2017. We ask for your patience during this time as we have a lot of memberships to fulfil. Packs will be with you in plenty of time for the first fixture on 27 October 2017.

If you renew your membership before the 1 September 2017 you will benefit from a discounted membership price. If you pay by Direct Debit, you will automatically benefit from this discounted price.

The Annual Members Bar in The Princess Royal Stand can be accessed throughout the season by members only upon presentation of your metal badge.

Please ensure that you bring your pass card and metal badge to every meeting you attend. Without these you will not be permitted into the course. Replacement cards can be provided at a cost and photo ID will be required to process these requests. If you are unable to provide ID then you will not be permitted into the Racecourse as a member and you will be asked to purchase an admission ticket.

 

Insurance Bar and reserved seating

*For Saturday of The November Meeting and The Festival you are required to purchase reserved seating to access The Insurance Bar.

Seats for The Festival are currently unavailable for individual days. We will release the seats for individual days after The November Meeting.

If you usually book reserved seating in the Insurance Bar and wish to have the same seats again please state this clearly when renewing your membership.  Similarly, if you wish to sit next to specific members please ensure you return your forms together or at the very least cross reference them both clearly.

Due to feedback received, members will need to purchase an additional badge to access the Insurance Bar on the following dates:

Saturday 16 December 2017

These can be purchased on the day or in advance from the membership team but we do recommend they are purchased in advance to avoid disappointment. The cost of these badges are £10.00 per day *subject to availability

 

Guest Badges

Guest badges are available to purchase on the below dates.

Friday 27 October 2017

Sunday 19 November 2017

Friday 15 December 2017

*Wednesday 18 April 2018

*Thursday 19 April 2018

*Friday 4 May 2018

The badge will allow your guest access into The Insurance Bar and viewing seats. Guests are not permitted into The Annual Members Bar in The Princess Royal Stand.

The cost of the badges are £5.00 per day or £25.00 for all six days.

An admission ticket into the racecourse must be purchased in addition to the guest badge.

These can be purchased on the day or in advance from the membership team but we do recommend that they are purchased in advance to avoid disappointment *subject to availability

 

Members’ Marquee

The Members’ Marquee will continue to be available for members on Saturday of The November Meeting.

The Festival Club Marquee will continue to be available for all four days of The Festival.

The marquee has tables and chairs, refreshments to purchase and tote betting facilities. It makes for a great base for the day and ideal for getting away from the crowds *subject to availability

 

Parking

Members will continue to receive parking as part of their membership excluding The Festival™. *Members’ parking for The Festival™ is available to purchase from the membership team for £30.00 for all four days.

On approach all members parking in the Members Car Park should continue to follow the Red signage on the temporary road signs. Most members should head to the north side of the site to access the Red car park, as there is more space in this area.

*Parking in the Hall of Fame car park is available to purchase on a seasonal basis only.

Those using the Hall of Fame car park should access the racecourse following the Yellow route.

*Reserved parking for Saturday of The November Meeting and The Festival is available in the North car park only. Those using this car park should follow the Blue route.

Those who have Disabled Blue Badges are able to access the Disabled Members Car Park. Please speak to the team on 01242 537662 should you require access.

Please let us know by 31 July 2017 if you wish to reserve the same space in the Hall of Fame car park as last season. After this date the spaces will be placed on general sale to all members.
