Membership for the 2018/19 season is now available!
Annual Membership is an excellent way to enjoy racing at the Home of Jump Racing for an excellent price. Annual Membership means you can enjoy every race day for less than £25.00 per day!

If you are a renewing member this can be done online. You must login to the Cheltenham Racecourse website first, the renewal option will only be available once you have logged in using your personal login details.
The same pass card and metal badge arrangements will apply again this season so please ensure that you bring both the card and metal badge with you each time you come racing. Without your pass card you will not gain entry to the course and will be charged for replacements upon production of identification.
Membership can be paid for by card, cheque or Rewards4Racing points.
It is possible to pay annual membership by direct debit but this is collected annually, not monthly. Your first membership subscription must be paid by an alternative method. If you would like a direct debit mandate form please let the team know.
For renewing members, if you pay your subscription by Direct Debit, you will automatically qualify for the discounted early rate stated on your renewal form and this will be debited from your bank account on or shortly after 1 September 2018. You must notify us prior to 25 August 2018 in writing of any changes or if you wish to cancel a direct debit.
Please remember that additional items cannot be added to a Direct Debit and will need to be paid for by an alternative method.
Membership packs are despatched by Royal Mail Tracked Service. We hope to have this process completed between the middle of September and the end of the first week of October, your patience is appreciated. Please ensure that you check the contents of your pack as soon as you receive it so that any omissions can be rectified immediately.
Following the success of the additional facility last season, we are thrilled to announce that a similar facility will continue to be provided exclusively to Annual Members for the 2018/2019 season, including all 4 days of The Festival™ 2019! Further information will be communicated later this year in Morse Code Newsletter.
The Following items are NOT included as part of your membership but can be purchased to enhance your visits.
Guest badges are available to purchase on the below dates:

Your guest will need to purchase an admission ticket to the racecourse. The guest badge will give them access to the Insurance Bar and Members Grandstand seating overlooking the course for an additional £5 per meeting.
Access to the Annual Members Bar in The Princess Royal Stand and Members viewing area is accessible by Members only. Guests are not permitted into this facility.
Annual Membership includes entry to the racecourse (with or without The Festival™ depending on the subscription purchased) along with car parking in the RED parking zone for every meeting, except The Festival™.
If you wish to upgrade your car parking, the following options are available:
If you wish to renew your space from last season, you must do so by 31 July 2018 after which the available spaces will go on general sale. If you did not have one of these spaces last season but wish to purchase one for the upcoming season, please let us know so we can add you to a waiting list.
Allocated parking outside the North Entrance (BLUE parking zone) is available at the following prices:
Please do let the team know if you require Members disabled parking. This can be organised upon production of a disabled blue badge.
Both can be accessed using your membership pass card and metal badge throughout the season except on the following dates where an additional badge will be required to gain entry:
Or on individual days, Tuesday £85, Wednesday £85, Thursday £85 and Friday £100
These seats give a fantastic view across the course and finish line.
Please note that unless you have these seat badges you will not be permitted into the Insurance Bar.
The Members’ Marquee will continue to be available as a base for the day on Saturday 17 November for £20.
During The Festival™ we will now be offering this facility with a hot dish of the day, dessert and a tea or coffee. Seating will continue to be unreserved. You will receive a badge to access the facility along with vouchers which can be exchanged for your meal. The cost of the Festival Club Marquee is £60 per day or £220 for all 4 days.
