APPLYING FOR MEDIA ACCREDITATION
Cheltenham Festival 2024 media accreditation applications are now closed.
Please note that RCA Media Accreditation is not valid for The Festival.
For those covering a raceday at Cheltenham for a media outlet. Please note that RCA Press Metal Badge Holders are not required to apply for accreditation, EXCEPT for The Festival. RCA Press Metal badges are NOT valid at The Festival.
Please note, criteria on which accreditation is granted can be found here. Applications close seven days before each racedays.

Accreditation closes seven days before every race meeting (excluding The Festival)
When completing your applications please be aware that:
- Your application does not guarantee accreditation.
- One application must be completed per media outlet. More than one individual can be included for each organisation.
- Applications from freelance press and photographers must be accompanied by a letter from the publishing editor of an established third party media organisation.
- If approved, photographers and film crews will need to collect the relevant armband on the day. The loss of this armband may result in a fine.

CONTRACTOR & EXHIBITOR ACCREDITATION
Cheltenham Racecourse operates an online Contractor and Exhibitor accreditation. Those wishing to gain such accreditation, for personnel or vehicles, must complete this process at least seven days in advance of a race meeting (excluding The Festival and New Year’s Day) in order to have their application considered.
Please note that the application does not guarantee accreditation. We strongly recommend that you apply for your accreditation online as soon as possible and regret that on the day applications cannot be processed.
