The finest British produce, locally sourced from carefully selected regional suppliers is used to create winning dishes for the racecourse.
Cheltenham prides itself on providing guests with stunning dishes for every occasion. Our menus are designed with these key elements in mind; seasonality, provenance of ingredients and sourcing of local British produce that are farmed and caught in a sustainable and ethical way.
Visitors to Cheltenham will know that during the jump season they are not only going to enjoy the best racing, but the most exquisite food to accompany the action on the course!
Head Chef, Tom Parry, has a wealth of experience cooking at sporting and social events across the country, including the London Olympics and the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Tom prides himself on using local produce whenever he can; he says “As a chef, Cheltenham is a fantastic location, sitting in the very heart of the Cotswolds. We have a wealth of local farmers and producers to source the very finest ingredients, often coming straight from the field to the plate - Coln Valley Smokery, Cotswold Farm and Battledown Ale are just a few of the local businesses that we work with.”
So, whether it is the first Christmas lunch of the festive season or a summer barbeque with Pimm’s, we are confident that whatever you choose, you will savour every moment!
