Head Chef, Tom Parry, joined Cheltenham in 2013 after a successful 10 years as Executive Chef for major events including the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, the Open Golf Championships and the PTL Hospitality Village at the London 2012 Olympics to name but a few.
Tom comes with thirty years of experience in hospitality and catering services. He’s an award winning Chef with over 20 culinary medals, recently winning the Parade de chef Gold at Hotelympia, and being a Finalist in the National Banqueting and Event Chef of the Year 2012 and 2013.
Tom is passionate about seasonality, provenance of ingredients and sourcing of local British produce that are farmed and caught in a sustainable and ethical way.
